We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious hotel! The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing experience. They were extremely helpful and friendly, especially towards our kids who were always excited to see them. The location was perfect, close to the metro and train station, as well as local restaurants and shops. It was great to be able to explore the "real" part of the city and still have easy access to other parts of town. The rooms were excellent, spacious, and well-equipped with all the amenities we could possibly need. It was a comfortable and relaxing stay for our entire family.
We would definitely recommend this hotel to our family and friends. It offers enhanced comfort, quality services, and a convenient location near public transportation, grocery shops, and dining options.

Spacious rooms near train station, shops, and Disney bus stop. Hotel provides all necessary amenities like toiletries, iron, games, and yukata. Friendly staff lend free items such as scale, hair curler, and Instax Mini. Clean, comfortable beds and room with YouTube and Netflix projector. Great value for families.

The location was fantastic, with easy access to both the Kinshicho metro and JR stations. We were close to a big Seiyu supermarket and plenty of local restaurants and shops. The hotel itself was clean and had excellent facilities, including a projector in the room for watching YouTube and Netflix.
